🎤 Tomorrow’s Speaker:

Judy Niemeyer

Hosted by, Burt Sonenstein

This week we are pleased to welcome Judy Niemeyer, a highly respected leader in the Fairhope and Eastern Shore real estate community. Judy has been a licensed REALTOR® since 1979 and brings more than four decades of experience, professionalism, and dedication to helping clients navigate the buying and selling process.

A graduate of the University of Alabama with a degree in Business Education, Judy built her career on integrity, problem-solving, and a strong commitment to serving her clients and community. In 2009, she partnered with her son, Morgan, to open Ashurst & Niemeyer Real Estate, which has since grown into a thriving brokerage serving Baldwin County and the surrounding region.

Judy’s leadership and contributions to the real estate profession have earned her numerous honors. She was named REALTOR® of the Year in 1985, received the Baldwin County Association of REALTORS® Lifetime Achievement Award in 2022, and holds Emeritus Status with the National Association of REALTORS®. She is also recognized as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a designation achieved by a select group of real estate professionals who demonstrate exceptional expertise in residential sales.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Judy is deeply committed to the community. Over the years, she has supported a wide range of local organizations, including CARE House, Impact 100 of Baldwin County, the Exceptional Foundation, the Eastern Shore Art Center, and the Baldwin County Humane Society.

A Fairhope resident since 1977, Judy and her husband, Carlton, enjoy spending time with their blended family of four children, eight grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren. When she is not working, you might find her playing tennis, boating, enjoying a game of bridge, skiing in Park City, or cheering on Alabama football.

With decades of experience, strong community ties, and a reputation built on trust and results, Judy continues to be a trusted resource for buyers and sellers throughout Baldwin County and the Eastern Shore.

The two most common elements in the world are hydrogen and stupidity.
