Mike Sledge

Tomorrow, we are pleased to welcome Mike Sledge as he shares information about two impactful youth programs: the Rotary Youth Club and Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA).
The Rotary Youth Club provides students with opportunities to develop leadership skills, participate in service projects, and build meaningful connections within their schools and communities. The program focuses on empowering young people to lead with integrity and a heart for service.
RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards) is an immersive leadership development experience designed to inspire and equip young leaders. Through team-building activities, mentorship, and interactive sessions, students gain confidence, strengthen communication skills, and deepen their understanding of service-based leadership.
Mike will discuss how these programs impact students, how our club can support youth involvement, and ways members can help encourage the next generation of leaders.
